Grief and loss can be a normal part of our lives; however, sometimes our pain lasts longer than we expected or is more intense than we anticipated. Sometimes you just need a little help in your path. 

Jana works with clients who are dealing with various types of grief--death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, or even the loss of how you see yourself. Sometimes, our friends and family don't know what to say or are afraid to ask after we have experienced a loss. Jana helps clients recover by providing an empathetic ear and providing a caring place to tell your story. Further, she helps clients to rediscover who they are following the loss, while redefining themselves and finding joy again.
